Setup Required
Contact Support to upload users to configure On key Insights. This will be performed when upgrading to the latest version of On Key, or when new On Key Installations are created.
1. On Key Insights needs to be enabled from the License Manager by Support.
2. On Key users are required to be linked to Insights Users which have been loaded for the particular On Key instance. The number of licenses allocated will be dependent on the number of MSI's enabled in the On Key License. The system administrator needs to link an On Key Insights User Identifier in the Insights tab on the On Key User. This can be accomplished via the browse button or entering free text in the field.
3. Launch On Key Insights via the Main Menu.
4. Possible Errors - If the setup as described in the above section is not followed, any of the above errors van be displayed, however they provide a remedial instruction.

The On Key Insights User Identifier linked to your On Key user does not exist. Please contact your system administrator to remove the On Key Insights User Identifier from your user. |

The On Key Insights User Identifier linked to your On Key user no longer has a valid license. Please contact your system administrator to remove the On Key Insights User Identifier from your user. |
E70030 |
The On Key Insights User Identifier linked to your On Key user is no longer configured for this On Key instance. Please contact support. |
E70031 |
Your user does not have an On Key Insights User Identifier configured. Please contact your system administrator. |
E70032 |
The On Key Insights User Identifier {0} has already been assigned to {1}. Please remove it from that user and then it will become available. |
E70033 |
The On Key Insights User Identifier you entered does not exist. |
E70034 |
The On Key Insights User Identifier you entered does not have a valid license. |
E70035 |
The On Key Insights User Identifier you entered is not configured for this On Key instance. Please contact support. |

Could not make a connection to On Key Insights. Please contact support. |
