Purpose
Print a report that lists the contents of a grid list.
How to... Print the contents of a grid list
1. Click >> to open the Additional Options submenu.
2. Click Print to open the Print dialog.
3. Select the required printer then click Print.
The default Windows printer is the default printer for the system, although another printer can be selected. As installation of the printing device is controlled by Windows and every type of printing device has different device properties, refer to the manufacturers and Windows documentation for more information about installing and setting up a printing device.
Select and configure the appropriate printing device driver. Consult the printing device manufacturer’s instructions and Windows documentation to find out how best to set up the printing device driver.
