Most users do not need to use all the menu options for their areas of responsibility. The Quick Launch feature allows a user to specify a sub-set of the options available in the Main Menu so that specific options can be accessed quickly and easily. New options can be added to in the Quick Launch menu, and existing options can be sequenced or removed.
These tools are available on the Quick Launch menu:

How to... Add an option to the Quick Launch menu
1. Highlight the required menu option in the Main Menu.
2. Click 
in the toolbar on the Main Menu.
A message confirms that the option was added to the Quick Launch menu:
