The Requisition Status edit window includes two tabs: Header and Notes.
The Header tab includes the following fields:
| Field | Description |
| Code | Unique code used to identify the requisition status |
| Description | Description that appears in lookup lists |
| Site | The site that the requisition status applies to |
| Sequence Number | The order in which the requisition will be displayed in lists |
| Active | Indicates whether the requisition is available in lookup lists |
The Notes tab lets you capture any additional information relating to the requisition status.
