The Requisitions edit window contains three tabs: Header, Requisition Items, and Notes.
The Header tab provides identification information and costing details.
The Header tab displays the following information:

Work Order |
The work order for which the item is required, and to which the requisition is linked |
Code |
A unique code that identifies the requisition |
Requester |
The individual who requested that the requisition be created |
Requested On |
The date and time that the requisition was created |
Site Code |
The unique code that identifies the site in which the asset the requisition is linked to is located |
General Ledger |
The unique code that identifies the general ledger that the requisition is linked to |
Cost Centre |
The cost centre that the requisition is linked to |
Stock Items |
The total cost of all the stock items required for the requisition |
Coded Non-Stock Items |
The total cost of all the coded non-stock items required for the requisition |
Contractor |
The total cost of the contractors required for the requisition |
DP Items |
The total cost of all the direct purchase (DP) items required for the requisition |
Total |
The total value of all the items required for the requisition |
Status |
The current status of the requisition. A requisition can have one of five statuses:

The Requisition Items tab list all the items that are required for the requisition.

Any User Defined Fields that have been created are displayed in the above grid.
