Save a profile

Purpose

Save layout, filter criteria, tab order and sort order changes that have been made while using the current Profile.

Where to find

Save Profile is available from the >> Additional Options - Profiles menu.

How to… Save the current Profile

1.   Click >> then Profiles - Save Profile.
The following message appears.

2.   Click Yes to save changes that affect the current Profile.
A message confirms that the current Profile was saved.

As a result...

• The filter criteria, layout and sort order of a grid are saved with the current Profile.
• The properties, layout and tab order of an edit window are saved with the current Profile.
