Scheduled triggers contain four tabs - Header, Qualification Query, Notifications, and Notes:
Data fields
The Header tab displays the following information:

Description |
A description of the Scheduled trigger |
Site |
The unique code that identifies the site (defining user rights) for which the Scheduled trigger is associated |
Use Qualification Query |
A checkbox indicating whether a Qualification Query applies or not. A Qualification query defines specific criteria which define whether the scheduled trigger should be activated or not. The trigger will only be activated if the qualification query returns a specific result.
For example, you might define a Qualification query that checks whether there is incomplete work due for the day still remaining at 3pm. If there is incomplete work, the notification will be activated at this scheduled time, and if not, it will not be activated. |
Use Notification Query |
A checkbox indicating whether a Notification Query applies
Notification queries are used to define the record IDs that the notification and attachment will use to populate dynamic fields and parameters. The system will loop through each ID and populate the notification and attachments. For example, a list of contractors can be sent a weekly email with a PDF report containing information applicable to him/her. |
IsActive |
A checkbox indicating whether or not the SLA is currently active |
