The Scheduling Events Browse screen uses a tree structure to represent all events that have been created. You can access the Scheduling Events browse window by selecting Main Menu — Maintenance Manager — Planning and Scheduling — Scheduling Events.

This contains the list of all scheduling events. Events can be grouped in categories and subcategories using folders.
An Active Event refers to a published event that has started but has not yet reached its end date. This tab lists the active scheduling events. Each event has a progress bar that indicates the percentage of scheduled work orders that have been completed.
