Scheduling Events Browse Screen

The Scheduling Events Browse screen uses a tree structure to represent all events that have been created.  You can access the Scheduling Events browse window by selecting Main Menu — Maintenance Manager — Planning and Scheduling — Scheduling Events.

The Scheduling Events Browse screen enables users to do the following:

Click on... What it does...
Opens the Scheduling screen

Opens the Daily Allocation screen

Note: The Daily Allocation button will be disabled if the Daily Allocation module is not enabled. Check your On Key license to determine whether you have access to this functionality.

All Events tab

This contains the list of all scheduling events. Events can be grouped in categories and subcategories using folders.

Active Event tab

An Active Event refers to a published event that has started but has not yet reached its end date. This tab lists the active scheduling events. Each event has a progress bar that indicates the percentage of scheduled work orders that have been completed.
