Select/Deselect all

Purpose

Select or deselect all the records in a browse grid list in order to populate another list, export the records to a file, or perform Batch Updates on specific fields.

Where to find

Click >> then Select All or Deselect All in the toolbar on a browse window, lookup list or detail edit window.

How to... Select or deselect all records

1.   Click >> to open the Additional Options submenu.

2.   Click Select All to select all the records in a grid list.

3.   Click Deselect All to deselect all the selected records in a grid list.
