Add Site Types

Purpose

Add a Site Type to the lookup list.

How to… Add a Site Type

1.   Click Shared Configuration - Site Type then  Edit.
The Site Type edit window opens.

     

2.   Click + in the toolbar.

3.   Enter the required data on the applicable tabs.
Header
Notes, if required.

4.   Save the record.

5.   Select the Attributes and Documents that are linked to the Site Type.

Data fields

These data fields are captured on the Site Type - Header tab.

Description/Setting

Code

A unique code that identifies the Site Type.
For example “MANUF”, “COASTAL” or “GLOBAL”.

Description

A description of the Site Type.
For example, “Manufacturing Sites”, or “Coastal Sites”.

Active

Ticked if the Site Type is active and available in a lookup list.
