Site - Financials tab

The Financials includes the following fields:

Field	Description
Currency Code	The currency used by this site for reporting and costing. Defaults to the base currency specified for the organisation.
Current Financial Year	The current financial year for this site. For example, “2005-2006”.
Current Financial Period	The current financial period for this site. For example, “August 2006”.
Automatically create Budget Costing Items	Specifies whether budget records must be automatically created for this site when generating costing transactions. Budget records can be automatically created to avoid having configure them while capturing a work order that will generate costing transactions.
Budget Template	The budget template used by this site.

NOTES:

The Currency Code, Current Financial Year, and Current Financial Period are required for all financial transactions.
Budget records are specific to a site's financial year, financial period, cost centre, and cost element.
