Specifies the organisation’s SMS, email, and translation service providers' details.
The following table describes the options available on the Service Providers tab.

Email Suffix |
Specifies the email suffix that the service provider uses to send an receive email-to-sms messages. For example, “voda.co.za” or “sms.smswhiz.net”. Note: The organisation must register with the service provider they are going to use. |

Specifies the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) server used by the organisation. |

User Name |
Specifies the username used for the organisation’s email account. |

Password |
Specifies the password used for the organisation’s email account. |

Sent From Email Address |
Specifies the 'sender' email address used for emails sent from On Key. For example, “onkey@abcbrands.com”. |

Sent From Details |
Specifies the 'sender' name used for emails sent from On Key. For example, “On Key Administrator”. |

Translations |

Service Number |
Specifies the organisation’s service number with the translation service provider. |

Password |
Specifies the organisation’s password for the translation service. |

Web Site |
Specifies the translation service provider’s website address. Note: The organisation must register with the translation service provider they are going to use. |
