System Options - Work Feedback tab

Set system options that apply specifically to recording feedback for work orders.

The following table describes the options available on the Work Feedback tab.

Option	Description
Work Order Feedback
Select Failure Analysis From Global Lookup Lists By Default	Specifies whether failure analysis feedback can be selected from the full list available. If this is not enabled, then failure analysis feedback must be selected from the failure analysis values specified for the specific component.
Automatically Add Meter Readings For Meter Based Tasks	Specifies whether a meter's readings are automatically updated from work order feedback. If this is enabled, then meter readings captured for meter-based tasks are automatically added to meter.
Labour Feedback Not Required For Closed Work Order Status Change	Specifies whether labour feedback must be provided before a work order can closed.
Automatically Update Completed On Date	Specifies whether a work order's 'Completed on Date' should be automatically updated when work is completed.
Apply Close Base Status Rules when Changing Work Order Status to Compete	If this option is selected, all of the business rules and validations that are associated with the Closed base status are applied to work orders when their status is changed to Completed. This allows you to validate work order feedback earlier in the work order life cycle. Note: This also applies to work orders in On Key Express.
Automatically assign staff member to work task labour item	Specifies whether staff members should be automatically assigned to new work task labour items. Options include: None (Unassigned) - No staff member will be assigned to the work task labour item Logged in user - The staff member associated with the logged in user will be assigned to the work task labour item Work order's responsible staff member - The work order's responsible staff member will be assigned to the work task labour item
Make Work Performed Read-Only on Work Order Base Status	The Work Performed field on a Work Order can be made read only when set by this configuration. One of two options can be selected Completed Closed Example. when the configuration is set to "Closed" and the Work Order is in a completed status then the Work Performed field will be editable
Follow Up Work Orders
Separate Follow Up Work Orders Per Responsible Section	Specifies whether follow-up tasks should be combined and grouped into work orders according to the 'Responsible Section'.
Separate Follow Up Work Orders Per Responsible Trade	Specifies whether follow-up tasks should be combined and grouped into work orders according to the 'Responsible Trade'.
Type Of Work	Specifies the default 'Type Of Work' to be used for automatically generated follow-up work orders.
Offline
Work Order Lock Status	Specifies the status assigned to work orders when they are locked.
Work Order Lock Strict Mode	Specifies whether locked work orders can be modified in On Key Express in offline mode.
