Code

A unique code that identifies the User when he/she logs on to the system.
For example “BRUTOM” or “TB” or “TOMBRU”.

Description

The full name that identifies the User is displayed after First name and Last name on the User - Details tab are saved.
For example “Tom Brunette”.

Site

The default Site for this User, which is the default Site that is associated with every item that the User adds to the system; Assets, Requests, Work Orders, Notes etc.

Select a Site from the lookup list.

Active

Ticked if the User is active and available in a lookup list.

Rights Changed

Rights Changed is automatically ticked when:

●    the predefined Rights change, or

●    Rights for a Role that is assigned to the User at a Site change, or

●    Rights for the User at a Site change.

The Rights Changed checkbox on the Users browse and edit window prompts the System Administrator to recalculate the Rights and clear the Rights Changed for each User.
