Data fields

These data fields are captured on the User - Work tab.

Description/Setting

Work Order Planning

Type of Work

The default Type of Work that is displayed when this User captures a Work Order. Select a Type of Work from the lookup list.

Type of Work for CM

The default Type of Work that is displayed when this User captures a Work Order for Condition Monitoring. Select a Section from the lookup list.

Importance

The default Work Order Importance that is displayed when this User captures a Work Order.  

Responsible Section

The default Section that is displayed when this User captures a Work Order. Select a Section from the lookup list.

Responsible Trade

The default Trade that is displayed when this User captures a Work Order. Select a Trade from the lookup list.

Responsible Staff

The default Staff Member who is responsible for a Work Order captured by this User. Select a Staff Member from the lookup list.

Work Order Classifications

Classification 1 to 5

Work Order Classification Allowed Values are used to filter and group information for reports and enquiries. Select an Allowed value from the Classification lookup list.

Work Order Status

Apply Work Order Status Change Restrictions

Indicates whether the status change rules apply to the user. Select this check box if you want the user to be limited to the allowed status changes defined for specific work order status changes.
