Data fields

These data fields are captured on the Section - Header tab.

Field	Description/Setting
Code	A unique code that identifies the Section. For example “ELEC”, or “MECH”.
Description	A description of the Section. For example “Electrical Section”, or “Mechanical Workshop”.
Site	The Site where the Section is located. A User with access rights to this Site can view and use this Section. Select a Site from the lookup list.
Active	Ticked if the Section is active and available in a lookup list.

Represents Supplier

The code used to identify the Supplier (contractor) that renders a service to the organisation in this Section.
For example “BEARING MAN”, or “MIDAS”.

Select a code from the lookup list.
