The Header tab provides the following fields:

Code |
A unique code that identifies and serves as a reference number for the staff calendar. |

Description |
A description of the staff calendar. For example, "Calendar for John Smith". |

Site |
The selected site determines which users will have access rights to this staff calendar. |

Calendar Type |
Specifies the type of calendar. This should always be set to "Staff Member" for staff calendars. |
|
Parent |
Specifies the parent calendar from which this calendar will inherit activities and exceptions, such as public holidays. |
|
Active |
Determines whether this staff calendar will be available in Lookup lists. |
|
Weekend Days checkboxes |
Specifies the days on which the staff member will not be available. |
