Standard Languages

Purpose

Maintain the Standard Languages that the organisation uses for SSRS reports and Analyser queries.

The Description of items that can be included in a custom report can be translated into all of the Standard Languages used by the organisation, via the Standard Phrases Library.

How to… View Standard Languages

1. Click Shared Configuration - Standard Languages then Browse.
The Standard Languages browse window opens.

Business rules

When a Standard Language is deleted then all its Standard Phrases are also deleted.
When a Standard Language is cloned then its Code can be edited.

Please note!

Standard Languages are populated when On Key is installed.
The translation feature is only used for SSRS and Analyser reports.

What can I do?

These non-standard tools are available in the toolbar on the Standard Languages window.

	Add a standard language to all existing Standard Phrases.
