The following table describes the system options on the Requisitions tab:

Enable Requisitions |
Indicates whether the requisitions functionality is enabled. This option can only be changed in the configuration settings by an administrator. |
Use User Requisition Limit |
Specifies whether user requisition limits are enabled. |
Automatically Create Requisitions |
Specifies whether requisitions are automatically created. If enabled, users are able to decide if requisitions should be created automatically when work orders are created from proposed work orders. One requisition per work order will be created. Tip: Users are therefore encouraged to split work orders accordingly. |
Code Length |
Specifies the length of requisition codes. |
Code Prefix |
Specifies the prefix that is appended to requisition codes. |
Allow Stock and Coded Non-Stock Items on a Single Requisition |
Specifies whether stock and coded non-stock items can be added to a single requisition. |
Default Requisition Status |
Specifies the default status applied to new requisitions. Note: The default status must have an "Awaiting Approval" base status. |
Requisition Status When Fully Issued |
Specifies the status that is automatically applied to requisitions once all items have been issued. |
Allow Issues On Closed Requisitions |
Specifies whether users can issue against a closed requisition. |
