Definitions

Item	Description
Users	Users have Rights to use the system at specific Sites. Each User’s Code (User Name), Description (first and last names) and Password are maintained. Rights Changed indicates that a User’s Rights need to be recalculated.
User Roles	The Roles that are assigned to each User.
User Rights	One record for every Right assigned to a User at a Site. The Rights for a Role that is assigned to a User at a Site are merged with the Rights that are individually assigned to the User.
User Role Sites	The Sites at which a User with an assigned Role has Rights.
User Sites	The Sites at which specific or custom Rights are assigned to a User.
User Site Rights	The Rights that are assigned to a User for each of the specific Sites.

Best practice

Link Users to Roles for the Sites at which they have been assigned those Roles.

Please note!

Only assign custom Rights to Users for special cases when the configuration required to create a specialised Role that is only assigned to a few Users is not justified.
