View Staff Competencies
Purpose
- Define specific competencies that a Staff Member might require when undertaking work.
- The proficiency level specified for a Staff Member determines if the Staff Member is “sufficiently competent” to undertake an allocated task.
- A competency would normally cover the “legal” aspects of being able to undertake a task, while the proficiency identifies the “best skilled” person for the task.
How to… View Staff Competencies
1. Click Staff - Staff Competencies, and then click
Browse.
The Staff Competencies browse window opens.
