Purpose
Identify the suppressed Tasks for a Proposed Work Order and the reason why the Tasks could not be scheduled.
How to… Identify the suppressed Tasks for a Proposed Work Order
1. Click Maintenance Manager - Planning and Scheduling - Proposed Work Orders then .
The Proposed Work Orders window opens.
2. Double-click the Proposed Work Order.
The Proposed Work Order window opens.
3. The number of suppressed Tasks are identified in the Proposed Work field on the Header tab.
4. Click the Proposed Work Order - Tasks tab.
5. Group the grid list by the Suppressed By field to view the Tasks that are suppressed by Suppressor Tasks.
Suppressed Tasks are listed under the Suppressor Task group.
6. Scroll to view the Failed Reason, Suppressed by and Triggered by columns.
The Failed Reason field identifies the reason why the Tasks could not be scheduled.
