Work Order Status triggers contain five tabs - Header, Query, Statuses, Notifications, and Notes:
Data fields
The Header tab displays the following information:

A unique code that identifies the trigger |

Site |
The unique code that identifies the site (user rights) for which the trigger is associated with |
Use Query |
A checkbox indicating whether a query is used to define the trigger. If no query is defined, the trigger will apply to all work orders. |

A checkbox indicating whether or not the trigger is currently active |
The Query tab enables you to manage and add criteria for defining the work that the trigger applies to:
The Statuses tab defines the status changes for which the trigger will be activated. A change from any of the statuses on the left to any of the statuses on the right will activate the trigger:
Note
Either column can be left blank (NULL). If no From Status is defined, then a trigger is activated when a status changes from any status to the indicated To Status. Similarly, if no To Status is defined, then a trigger is activated when a From Status changes to any other status.
The Notifications tab lists all the notifications and attachments that are linked to the Work Order Status trigger:
