Work order statuses are used to identify a work order's state. On Key includes a set of predefined base statuses that define the high-level milestones in a work order's life cycle. The following predefined base statuses are always available in On Key:
You can also create custom work order statuses to keep track of the secondary, or lower-level milestones that work orders may reach in your specific environment.

The Work Order Statuses browse window lists the predefined base statuses and all custom statuses that have been created. To open the browse window, expand the Main Menu, and then select Maintenance Manager — Work Order Configuration — Work Order Statuses — Show Browse Window ().
