Before a user can reset their password an administrator needs to perform some configurations.
Once all configurations has been set up by the administrator, the following process is followed by the user in order to reset their password.
1. If the user forgot their password and they want it to be reset, then the user needs to insert at least their username and click on the forgot password link on the Logon modal
2. The user is taken to the Onboarding page so that they can submit the Username that requires a Password Reset
3. Once the user submits their username via the onbarding page, then a password reset link is sent to the user email
4. When the user receives the email to reset their password, the user must click on the reset password URL provided in the email
5. When the user clicks on the password reset link, the user is taken to the onbarding page, where he will be prompted to provide new password details
6. The user inserts their new password, confirms it and clicks on the submit button
7. The user is shown the links pages, whereby he can navigate to the required application he wants to access
8. The user is able to navigate to the logon page for the system which he has an Operational Role for
9. if the user submits their new password credentials, the user is able to logon successfully
