before a user can be sent a reset password link, an administrator must have configured the following:
Configure a Forgot Password Notification Template
Link the Forgot Password notification template on a global system level, or a site or on a user level
The user must have a Username and Password configured
link a staff member to a user to be able to use the email address of the staff member, so that the user can receive the Forgot Password email
Once all of the above have been configured then the user must follow the Password Reset Process
