Assign an operational role to the app users

Note: A user can only be assigned one operational role.

To assign an operational role to an app user, you need to do the following:

1. Open the user's edit window.
   
   
2. Click the Detail Edit Windows () button and select User Operational Roles.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Insert New Record () button.
   
   
4. Click the Operational Role Code field and then click the Lookup () button to view a list of the operational roles.
   
   
   
   
5. Select the required operational role and click OK.
   Note: You can only link one operational role to a user.
   
   
6. Click the Save Changes () button ad close the detail edit window.
   
   
7. Click the Save Changes () button ad close the Users edit window.
