Attributes

Purpose

Attributes are used throughout the system to describe the specific features and characteristics of items.

How to… View Attributes

1. Click Shared Configuration - Attributes then Browse.
The Attributes browse window opens.

Business rules

Select an Allowed Value from the lookup list if Allow any Value is not checked.
An Attribute cannot be deleted if it is referenced by any item.
An Attribute’s Allowed Value cannot be deleted if it is referenced by any item.
