Batch Updating Importances

Note: Criticality Analysis is only available if the Criticality Configuration module is enabled. Check your On Key license to determine whether you have access to this functionality.

How to… Do a batch update of importances

1. Open the Criticality Analysis window for the selected components.

2. Hold the Shift key and select the items you want to update.

3. Click the Update Importances () button on the toolbar to open the Importance window.

   

4. Click the Importance Lookup () button to open the lookup window.

   

5. In lookup window, select a predefined importance, and then click the OK button to close the lookup window.

   

6. In the Importance window, click the OK button to apply the selected importance and return to the Criticality Analysis window.
