How to...Create an Event
To create a scheduling event, you need to do the following:
Select the parent folder that you want to create the event in.
Click the Add button on the toolbar and select Add Event to open the Scheduling Event edit window.
Complete the fields on the Header tab.
Complete the fields on the Details tab.
Add the trades and their capacities on the Trades tab.
Assign staff members on the Trade tab.
Note: This step is only required if you are using the Daily Allocation functionality.
Complete the fields on the Geographic Data tab.
Click the Save Changes () button to save the changes.
