Creating a direct link to new Work Requests

On Key enables you to create a direct link to the Work Request edit window. This link enables you to launch On Key and log in automatically, and create a new work request using an external shortcut or hyperlink.

In order to create a direct link to the Work Request browse window, you need to:

1. Create a generic user account that has permissions to view and create new work requests

2. Log in to On Key using the generic user account

3. Retrieve the automatic logon URL from the Auto Logon tab in the About on Key window

4. Request the Work Request edit window URL from support
