Currencies

Purpose

Configure the Currencies that can be used when On Key is operating with multiple currencies for costing transactions.

How to… View Currencies

1. Click Financials - Currencies then Browse.
The Currencies browse window opens.

Business rules

A Currency cannot be deleted if it has been referenced for a Site, Asset, Supplier or financial transaction.
A Currency’s Code, Description and ISO Code cannot be changed.

Please note!

The system option Display Multiple Currency Fields must be ticked on the System Options - General tab.
The organisation’s Base Currency is specified on the System Options - General tab.
The Site Currency for a Site is specified on the Site - Settings tab. Refer to the Sites section for more information.
