Create Site Financial Years

Purpose

Link a Financial Year to a specific Site or all Sites.

How to… Create Site Financial Years

1. Open the Site Financial Years browse window.

2. Click the Create Site Financial Year () button on the toolbar.

3. Complete the following fields:

   Field	Description/Setting
   Financial Year	Select the required financial year.
   Create for	Select one of the following: Specific Site —  to create the site financial year for a specific site All Sites — to create the site financial year for ALL sites
   Site	Select the specific site you want to create the site financial year for.

    

   

4. Click OK to create the site financial year.
