Add Calendars

Purpose

Identify the organisation's scheduled working and non-working days on a specific calendar.

How to… Add a Calendar

  1. Click Main Menu - Asset Care Plans - Scheduling Configuration - Calendars - Show Edit Window () to open the Calendar edit window.

  2. Click the Insert New Record () button on the toolbar.

  3. Complete the required fields on the Header tab.

  4. Click the Save changes () button to save the calendar.
