Work Order

A Work Order is a collection of Tasks that need to be performed on an Asset.

Sequence

A Work Order is captured in three steps:

1.   An Operator or Artisan working on an Asset raises a Work Order because the Asset is malfunctioning or has broken down.

2.   The Scheduler adds the planning information.

3.   The Artisan repairs the Asset and captures Feedback for the Work Order when the Tasks are completed.
