These data fields are captured or displayed on the Downtime Losses for Work Order window.

Field

Description/Setting

Downtime Loss

The reason for the downtime, selected from the Downtime Losses lookup list.

Down from

The date and time at which the Downtime Loss started.

Select the date from the Calendar lookup then the start time.

Down To

The date and time at which the Downtime Loss ended.

Select the date from the Calendar lookup then the end time.

Duration

The duration of the downtime is calculated and displayed in hours and minutes.
