Work Order - Work tab

Purpose

Add details about the Work Required before the work is performed, and add Work Performed details after the work is performed.

Data fields

The mandatory fields on the Details tab were filled in when the Work Order was added for requested work or created for a Proposed Work Order, but can be changed.
Refer to Add Work Orders for information about the mandatory fields.

The Scheduler usually completes the following data fields.

Work Required

A brief description (consisting of any combination of alphanumeric and Unicode characters) of the work required or the problem experienced by the Operator or Artisan.
For example “Mill not turning fast enough - please check the speed of the drive engine.”

 

The Asset Task Code of the inspection task that failed and initiated the follow-up work order will be added automatically for follow-up work orders that are automatically created from failed inspection tasks.

Work Performed

A detailed description of the work that was done .
For example “Repaired the leak”.
