Purpose
Capture the quantity counted and reason for a variance, if applicable, for each Stock Item.
Before you start
How to… Capture the Quantity Counted and Variance Reason
1. Open the Stock Take edit window for the Stock Take.
2. Click 
then Stock Take Items.
The Stock Take Items for Stock Take window opens.
3. Enter the Quantity Counted for each Stock Item that was counted.
4. Enter the Reason for the variance between Quantity Locked and the Quantity Counted if applicable.
5. Save the record.
Data fields
These data fields are captured or displayed for each Stock Take Item.

Update the reason for all the variances. Enter the Reason for the quantity variance then click OK.
As a result, the Reason is displayed for each Stock item on the Stock Take Items for Stock Take window. |
