Change Purchase Order Status

Purpose

Change the Status of a Purchase Order.

How to… Change the Status of a Purchase Order

1.   Click  on the Purchase Order edit window.
The Purchase Order Change Status and Queue window opens.

    

2.   Select the new Status.

3.   Select the new Queue for User, if necessary.

4.   Click OK.

Data fields

These data fields are captured or displayed on the Purchase Order Change Status and Queue window.

Field

Description/Setting

Status

Select the applicable Status for the Purchase Order.

Possible values are:

  • Awaiting Approval
  • Approved
  • Placed
  • Closed
  • Cancelled

Queue for User

The User to whom the Purchase Order must be assigned.

Priority

The priority assigned to the Work Order.

Possible values are:

  • High
  • Normal
  • Low
