These data fields are captured or displayed for each Stock Transfer Item.

Item |
The Code that identifies the Stock Item. The Stock Item’s Description is displayed. |

Quantity Available for Transfer |
The number of Stock units that are available for transfer is displayed. |
|
Quantity Transferred |
The number of units to be transferred cannot be greater than the Quantity Available for Transfer. |
|
Quantity on Hand |
The number of units in the Warehouse is displayed. |
|
Quantity Required |
The number of units required for Work Orders is displayed. |
|
Minimum Quantity |
The minimum number of units that must be in stock at the Warehouse is displayed. |
