Purpose

View Stock Transfer history.

How to… View Stock Transfers

1. Click Material Manager - Stock Changes - Stock Transfer then .
The Stock Transfers browse window opens.

Business rules

A Stock Item can only be transferred if it is stored in the specified Warehouse.
A Stock Transfer can only be deleted if it has not been committed.
A Stock Transfer cannot be changed if it has been committed.
A Stock Transfer cannot be committed if one or more of the Stock Items have been included in a locked Stock Revaluation or a Stock Take that has not been committed.
When a Stock Transfer is committed, two Stock Transfer Variance transactions are generated for each Stock Item.
Stock Items selected for a Stock Transfer are all committed at the same time.
A Stock Transfer cannot be deleted, changed or re-opened after it has been committed (finalised).

Please note!

Qty Available for Transfer is calculated as: [Qty on Hand minus Qty Required minus Minimum Qty].
Qty Transferred must be greater than zero (0).
