Add Sites

Purpose

Configure “Virtual” and “Non-Virtual” Sites to which all items throughout the system are linked.

Before you start

• Add the Site Types to which the Site is going to be linked for analysis and reporting.

How to… Add a Site

1.   Click Shared Configuration - Sites then .
The Sites window opens.

2.   Click .
The Site edit window opens.

3.   Click + in the toolbar.

4.   Enter the required data on the applicable tabs.

Details
Contacts
Financials
Settings
Notes, if required.

5.   Save the record.

6.   Select the Attributes and Documents that are linked to the Site.

Business rules

• A Site Type must be specified for a Site.

Please note!

• The organisation’s On Key licence number determines the number of Sites that are allowed to be added.

As a result...

• A virtual Site is identified with this icon .
• A non-virtual or physical Site is identified with this icon .
