Failure Analysis is a logical and systematic examination of an Asset Component and/or its documentation to detect and analyse the causes, probabilities, and consequences of actual or potential failure.
Industry standards for each of the elements of Failure Analysis are maintained in On Key so that Failure Analysis can be performed when an Asset Component fails and the Asset stops operating. Results are recorded on the Work Order that is raised to repair the Asset Component.
