These data fields are captured or displayed on the Work Order - Feedback tab.

Completed On |
The date on which the work was completed. Select the Staff Member on the Work Order - Planning tab then capture the Completed On date. The Completed On date is selected or captured when feedback is recorded for a Work Order. The Completed On date may be before the: ● Required By date on the Request tab, and ● Start On date and Complete By date on the Planning tab. ● Completed On date specified for a Staff Member on a Work Task Labour tab if the Work Order’s Status is not “Completed” or “Closed”. |
Progress Percentage |
An estimated percentage of how complete the work is. |
Permit Number |
The permit number of the work permit that was issued for this Work Order. |

Use Global Lookup Lists |
Tick to select possible Failure Analysis combinations from a lookup list for all Asset Components. This is the default setting if the system option Select Failure Analysis from Global Lookup Lists by default is set. Not ticked if the Failure Analysis lookup list is filtered for the Failed Component. |
Failed Component |
The physical Asset Component that failed. The Failed Component must be configured in the Asset Model. Select a Component code from the lookup list. |
Analysis Component |
The physical Asset Component on which Failure Analysis is recorded. The Analysis Component must be configured in the Asset Model. Select a Component code from the lookup list. |
Failure Type |
The appropriate type of failure. If Use Global Lookup Lists is not ticked then applicable Failure Types must be configured in the Asset Component's Failure Analysis. For example “Electrical” or “Mechanical Intervention”. Select a Failure Type code from the lookup list. |
Failure |
The failure condition. If Use Global Lookup Lists is not ticked then applicable Failures must be configured in the Asset Component's Failure Analysis. For example “Burnt Out” or “Bent”. Select a Failure code from the lookup list. |
Root Cause |
The root cause of the failure. If Use Global Lookup Lists is not ticked then applicable Root Causes must be configured in the Asset Component's Failure Analysis. For example “Power Surge” or “Abnormal Wear”. Select a Root Cause code from the lookup list. |
Repair Type |
The method used to repair the Asset. If Use Global Lookup Lists is not ticked then applicable Repair Types must be configured in the Asset Component's Failure Analysis. For example “Rewire Unit” or “Resize”. Select a Repair Type code from the lookup list. |
