How to… Add a Standard Task to the lookup list
1. Click Asset Care Plans - Tasks Configuration - Standard Tasks then .
The Standard Task edit window opens.
2. Click +.
3. Enter the required data in each of the applicable tabs.

Details
Planning
Scheduling
Classifications
Long Description
Notes, if required.
4. Save the record.
5. Link the following details to the Standard Task.
Labour
Scenarios
Spares
Special Resources
Sub-Tasks
Refer to Link details to Standard Tasks for information.
