Configure Master Data for Staff

The Staff module is used to configure data for the personnel and other items relating to the maintenance and engineering sections that supply a service to the organisation, and in the operations sections that are responsible for production.

 

Data configured for Staff Members, Trades, Sections and Staff Competencies is used in the preventative maintenance Schedules and Work Orders, as well as in the production Log Sheets.

 

Staff Members are also used to compile the following lists .

How to… Configure master data for Staff

1.   Add Trades using Staff, Trades

2.   Add Sections using Staff, Sections

3.   If licensed to use Maintenance Manager then Add Staff Competencies using Staff, Staff Competencies

4.   Add Staff Members using Staff, Staff Members
