Work Order Edit Window

Purpose

Maintain details for a Work Order.

How to... Open the Work Order edit window

1.   Click Maintenance Manager - Work Orders then  Show Edit Window.
The Work Order edit window opens.

2.   Enter the Work Order’s Code in the “search” field and click  to find the Work Order and populate the Work Order edit window.

Open the Tasks detail edit window.

Go to Work Task Labour detail edit window

Go to Work Task Spares detail edit window

Ctrl + Shift + 5

Go to Work Order Meters detail edit window

Ctrl + Shift + F8

Opens the 'Change Status and Queue' window.  The user still has to manually change the status.

Ctrl + Shift + F9

Close Work Order.

Send an Email to a person with a valid email address that is supported by the organisation’s mail exchange server.

View (browse) Costing transactions for this Work Order.

Fetches the latest asset task documents and attaches them to the work order. Only documents for asset tasks included in the work order will be attached.
